Joe Li is responsible for indenture compliance and trustee reporting for Gulf Stream CLO funds. Prior to joining Gulf Stream in June 2006, Mr. Li was an Associate Director for Mass Mutual/Babson Capital Management. His duties included employee management, training program development, and the review of loan documents and credit agreements in preparation for loan closings. Prior to joining Babson Capital, Mr. Li was a credit and financial analyst for Travelers Insurance. Mr. Li earned his B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his MBA from Wake Forest University and has 10 years of experience in the industry.
Operations & Administration
The operations team conducts all loan administration functions and works with custodians and trustees on developing both management risk reports as well as periodic investor reports. Additional organizational infrastructure includes Finance, Human Resources, Regulatory Compliance, Investor Reporting, and other Administrative functions.
